Parking Attendant

The role of Parking Attendant is to be responsible for efficient parking lot management. Parking Attendants will collect payments, direct cars into open parking spaces, and safely valet cars. Importantly, Parking Attendants provide guests with a positive, friendly parking experience.

Objective & Purpose

• Manage the parking lot and maximize the number of available spaces
• Provide customer support at the parking booth
• Ensure proper tracking and documentation of valet parking

Core Roles & Responsibilities

• Open parking booth and count petty cash drawer
• Update pricing at the discretion of the General Manager
• Proactively encourage customers to utilize the parking lot and answer any questions customers may have
• Direct guests to our ticket booths for ticket purchase and daily cruise information
• Organize parking flow by maintaining control of the parking lot entrance and exit
• Valet cars when necessary and keep track of when customers will require access to their car
• Responsible for vehicle and passenger safety while guests are utilizing the parking lot
• Direct guests safely to the parking lot exit
• Close the parking booth and count petty cash drawer
• Have fun!

Requirements:

• Proficient in English
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Sales experience is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
