***HIRING IMMEDIATELY***

Operations attendant needed for parking company immediately. There isn't a set schedule but you will be checking a parking lot in Asheboro twice a day. You will also be responsible for maintaining the parking lot as well as janitorial and landscaping. This will only be a total of about 10 hours per week. If more locations are added in the area, this could potentially turn into a part-time or full-time position, however, there are no guarantees.

Job Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age;
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record;
• Your own reliable transportation (mileage will be reimbursed);
• Willing to work in all types of weather conditions (snow detail is required if applicable); comfortable working with or without supervision;
• Demonstrate the ability to learn new skills, including repairing malfunctioning parking equipment;
• Enforce all parking regulations with smart phone technology, must be able to use Microsoft Outlook;
• Able to adapt to different situations and think on your feet; light parking lot/garage maintenance;
• Communicate professionally to customers, clients and co-workers;
