We're looking for a talented and organized individual to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, an interest in helping others and the ability to work independently. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing company records and maintaining an organized office environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in bookkeeping, Quickbooks, Procore, enjoy working with numbers, and be proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records for specific businesses and individuals.
• Complete Monthly Billings in AIA Format
• Develope Lien Releases for Subcontractors
• Maintain Quickbooks & Set Payments to Venders and Subcontractors
• Work with Clients on Billing Questions
• Work with Construction PM on Change Orders for Clients and Subcontractors
• SAssist with Project Documentation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
