Oasis Face Bar is looking for a Part Time Esthetician to join our Nashville team!

At Oasis, we've reinvented the spa experience with our open-concept facial bar. Unlike any spa you've been in, expect a relaxing yet upbeat, hip atmosphere with a touch of loft-like coziness. Each service is only 30 minutes and can be customized with a number of add-ons.

We're looking to bring on a fun, out-going, ambitious Esty to join our rockstar team!

We are looking to hire a Part Time ESTHETICIAN:

- Valid TN esthetician license

- 1+ year experience preferred but not required

- Easy going, fun personality

- Experience with chemical peels, dermaplane, HydraFacial MD, brow lamination, waxing and tinting preferred

- Can work well within a small, fast-paced, team environment, and with minimal oversight

- Good problem solving and people skills

- A self-starter

- Can commit at least 20-40 hours a week, weekend availability is a must (Proposed schedule is Thursday or Friday, Saturday, Sunday - Potential for being on-call Monday/Wednesday)

What we offer:

Hourly pay is $16 per hour but with tips and commission will more likely range between $25-$60 per hour depending on the day and amount of clients.

• If a client comes in and they can't receive their HydraFacial MD treatment because they received Botox the day before (which is a contraindication) and now they're upset because they can't get the service they thought they were going to get today. What are the steps you would take to make sure the client leaves happy and that Oasis retains the client as a customer?
• If a client comes in for a service but you realize we are out of the specific product that goes with that service, what are the steps you would take to handle it?
