We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time marketing coordinator. Our company is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) that offers IT services to construction and related companies.

The marketing coordinator will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and engage with potential clients.

• Responsibilities will include:

Attend events such as chamber of commerce meetings and networking events to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients

Create and post content on social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)

Write and send email newsletter to current and potential clients

Develop marketing strategies and campaigns

Monitor marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement

Perform other marketing tasks as assigned

• Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or experience in marketing, communications business, or related field

Experience with social marketing and email marketing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft office, Canva, and other marketing tools

Experience with online marketing platforms in email, print based ads and call followups.

Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus but not required

Must live in the Los Angeles area to attend networking events

• Pay and Benefits:

Starting pay rate up to $25/hour with bonuses based on new client sign-ups

Part time position with flexible work hours and potential to go full time

Ability to work from home with occasional in person networking events and office visits for social media content purposes

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

• Los Angeles, CA 90046: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
