At Cloud 9, you have the choice between ten different cabinet lines, from quick-ship, stock cabinets that are typically 40% less than the box stores to fully custom Amish-crafted cabinets that are the highest quality in the business. You’ll also find a number of semi-custom name brand cabinets that are often carried in big box stores, but because we have lower overhead costs, you’ll pay less for these brands at Cloud 9..

We are looking for an Assistant to help support our Showroom Manager. The ideal candidate will have a background in working with customers and have some previous experience in customer service or sales. We are looking for someone who can work well with others, who has strong communication skills and the ability to pay attention to detail. The Assistant will be focused on assisting the Showroom Manager with customer focused tasks and showing and discussing products with customers. This position is for our West Chester Showroom, but also hiring for our Oakley and Centerville Showrooms as well.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests politely.
• Answer and direct calls.
• Process requests and answer questions in a quick and efficient manner.
• Maintain positive relationships with the company's customers.
• Know the company's products and services.
• Prepare and send appointment confirmations via email or phone, preferably both.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
