Responsibilities

Provides high quality technical support to customers and drives part sales opportunities. • Technical aptitude in injection stretch blow equipment and a firm understanding of parts requirement as a solution • understanding of industrial machinery, electrical principles, mechanical concepts, and precision mechanical components • Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics. • Computer literacy; intermediate or advanced level proficiency in windows software, spreadsheets, outlook and other Microsoft office applications • Ability to complete technical reports in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships. • Prepare parts quote for customers and ask for head office parts support advice
