Folsomdale Baptist Church, a small, caring congregation in Western New York, is searching for a Pastor, as our pastor has recently retired. According to our Church Constitution, "It shall be the duty of the Pastor to arrange for and conduct all public and regular services of the Church and have oversight of the spiritual welfare of the Church, in conjunction with the Board of Deacons."We are affiliated with the North American Baptist Conference; however, we are an autonomous local church. The primary emphasis in the church is to win the lost and nurture their spiritual growth. We are a friendly, committed body of believers who truly care about each other and our community.

Our abbreviated Mission Statement is to Glorify God by: Winning souls for Christ, training and equipping believers in the word of God, ministering to the needs of the saints and showing the love of Christ in every endeavor.We covenant, by the aid of the Holy Spirit, to walk together in Christian love, to promote the spirituality and prosperity of our church; to contribute cheerfully and regularly through tithes, freewill offerings and gifts, for the support of the ministry, the expenses of the Church, the relief of the poor, and the spread of the gospel through all nations. As New Testament Baptists, we affirm our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ for our salvation and believe in these distinctive principles: Soul Liberty (the right of private interpretation of Scripture); the inspired authority of the scriptures; the separation of Church and State, the revelation of God through Jesus Christ as only Savior and Lord; believer's baptism by immersion; the congregational form of Church government and the proclamation of the Gospel throughout the world.
