Patient Care Catering Assistants
We require Patient Care Catering Assistants to join our team, based in a private hospital setting in South County Dublin.
- Hours: Fulltime (predominantly Monday-Friday)
- Rate: €13.00 per hour increasing to €14.00 after 6 months
- Double Time on Sundays & Bank Holidays

What would we like from our Patient Care Catering Assistants?
- Customer Service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Numerate, counting cash may be required
- Good organisation skills
- Reliable and able to work well within a team
Patient Care Catering Assistant requirements:
- To provide a friendly, efficient, and excellent service to patients and customers at all times.
- Promote a patient centered culture of openness and responsiveness to positive and constructive patient feedback and ensuring patient dignity, respect and choice is a priority.
- Promote the delivery of a high standard of care to all patients.
- Be aware of allergen information and dietary requirements for all patients.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and snacks.
- Keep the pantry, kitchen, and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
- Provide meals to patients, customers and visitors.
- Be aware of allergen information and dietary requirements for all patients.
- Be customer focused at all times, by being visible during service periods, approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs.
- Project a willing and helpful attitude to patients and customers
- Seek the appropriate knowledge of food items sold throughout catering areas
- Keep areas and service counters clean and fully stocked
- To help promote a fun and positive vibe in the team.
