Growing Prosthetic and Orthotic Company looking for energetic, customer service oriented person to work in our Parma Office. Must be reliable, team oriented and have a background in the medical field.
Job Duties:
Supports staff by representing company. Triages incoming telephone calls. Schedules patient appointments. Reviews dictation. Obtains required documents from other physician offices. Enters notes in patient records. Coordinates various aspects of patient's care. Verifies insurance benefits and communicates benefits to patient. Discusses payment of patient's balance with patient.
*Able to work independently and as part of a team and be creative.
*Maintains quality results by following and enforcing Standards.
*Schedule would be 3/4 days Parma and 1/2 days Lyndhurst office.
