The value you’ll bring to the team

· Communicates patient information.

· Provides/assists in activities of daily living.

· Maintains patient hygiene

· Works effectively as a team member

· Adapts to change in workload

· Specimen collection

· EKG’s

· Maintains clean and orderly unit

· Patient data collection

· Proficient use of equipment

· In addition to the education training and demonstrated competency of one or more of the following:

o Splinting

o Foley insertion

o Phlebotomy

o OR instrumentation

o Cross trained as a Monitor Tech

o Newborn hearing screens

· Cross trained as Unit Secretary

· Supports patient flow

· Patient transportation

· Orients new employees

· Other duties as assigned

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Current Florida C.N.A. license

Pay: $16.59 per hour

Physical setting:

• Acute care
• Hospital

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift

Supplemental schedule:

• On call

Weekly schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Tavares, FL 32778: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
