Position Overview: The Medical Collections Representative will be responsible for managing the collections process for patient accounts, working closely with insurance companies and patients to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in medical billing and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the collections process for patient accounts, ensuring that payments are received in a timely and accurate manner
• Work closely with insurance companies and patients to resolve outstanding balances and disputes
• Follow up with patients on outstanding accounts, answering questions and providing support as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all collections activity and report on progress to management
• Collaborate with billing and coding staff to ensure that claims are submitted accurately and in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date on changes in medical billing and collections regulations and best practices

Parking is paid for

Pay: $15-$16 ($17 if you are bilingual)

Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm

1 late night shift 12pm-8pm
