We are looking for an exceptional Patient Co-Ordinator to carry out administrative duties and to provide a professional and friendly atmosphere for our patients. Understanding the importance of thorough follow up communications and delivering on set targets. This role will require communication across various social channels, email and over the phone.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIWES:
- You will be expected to complete duties to ensure the smooth running of the overall day to day operations of the clinic.
- You will be expected to complete all administrative duties accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure patients feel welcomed by providing an informative, engaging and friendly experience during every visit.
- Taking responsibility for the appointment book for consultations and bookings and keeping patients informed of any changes to the schedule in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensuring you contact patients for follow-up/review appointments.
- You will be expected to accurately update stock counts and records.
- You will be expected to enhance the patients experience and drive the upsell of treatments.
- Working with the team and on your own initiative to maintain a clean, healthy and safe working environment throughout all areas of the clinic.

EXPERIENCE:
- Customer Service 3+ years.
- Clinic experience would be an advantage.
- Experience with KPIs desirable.
EDUCATION:
- Leaving Certificate
- Medical Admin qualification an advantage.
