About the job

Outline of the Role:


The Payroll & Administration Manager will implement, maintain and review payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes and other deductions. They must ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations and changes to pay rates.


The Payroll & Administration Manager will work closely with the HR Business Partner and will be responsible for issuing the weekly paid employee contracts and ensuring that the relevant data is updated. Further to this, the Payroll & Administration Manager will be responsible for the policy management process, maintaining the policy tracker and updating policies where necessary.


The Payroll & Administration Manager will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. They will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. They will be flexible and will adapt quickly to changing requirements. They will always maintain the strictest confidentiality and will be open to the continuous change within their role.


About you

The Ideal Candidate:


  • Third-level qualification in a HR or payroll related discipline.
  • Ability to manage several events/projects while ensuring to meet the demands and requirements of your role.
  • Ability to meet both local and global reporting demands.
  • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across the organisation to ensure all needs are addressed and balanced.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment remaining positive and resilient in changing and challenging circumstances.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritising work and meeting tight deadlines whilst always.
  • Ability to maintain the strictest of confidentiality.
  • Able to embrace change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, in particular, Excel, Powerpoint and Word with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software.
  • CORE HR and SAP Success Factors experience an advantage
  • Previous HR Generalist experience an advantage

For this role we are offering the following:


Salary Range: €55,000 to €60,000 per annum basic salary, depending on experience
