Payroll Specialist

In this role you will:

• Take ownership of collating and accurately recording all payroll change data for various global payrolls
• Prepare payroll changes submissions on a monthly basis for various global entities
• Engage with various external entities such as local and international payroll processors, Revenue and international tax authorities
• Support the wider payroll team by administering Bike to Work/Tax Saver Schemes, distributing payslips, managing the application of special tax arrangements and managing employee expenses
• Manage the internal Payroll Mailbox and respond to all payroll-related queries including assisting with new hire onboarding
• Be the lead point of contact for the company pension scheme and other third party Benefit Providers
• Track all statutory leave and apply associated payroll adjustments
• Partner with senior members of the payroll team and assist with payroll setup in new jurisdictions
• Ensure timely payment of statutory payroll taxes and other related costs across each region.
• Prepare payroll reconciliations and provide first level review and approval on payroll reports for each region
• Provide compelling reporting on key payroll metrics to the wider team
• Assist in driving the global Payroll Change project, identifying opportunities for ongoing improvements

• Have knowledge of payroll regulations within either Europe, USA, Asia Pacific or the Middle East
