Korzen Health is working in collaboration with one of the largest non-profit organization established and incorporated in Texas. This is a FQHC- Federally Qualified Healthcare Center. They are based in Alice, TX and service a 16 county area.

Some of the highlights include:

- Practice includes 2 full-time Pediatricians, 1 PA and 6 Medical Assistants.
- Clinic is open on Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with some 1/2 Days on Saturday which is rotated with existing providers
- New Provider has the ability to see 20+ plus patients a day with MA support. Group does provide Tele-Health for a few of our rural areas.
- Majority of the patient mix is toddlers. We do have infants and young children.
- No Call, Call is handled by the PA.
- Ability to work inpatient if the new provider is interested.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Full Healthcare Benefits, Med-Mal Covered. 24 days of PTO, 16 PTO Holidays. (PTO can carry over to next year) Clinic is closed for a full week during the Christmas Holiday. So this is additional PTO that you have.
- Base Salary, with bonus potential with extra work. 40 hours work schedule with dedicated administrative time.
- Group is a FQHC, so you can qualify for Federal Loan Forgiveness.
