Trustee Principles Limited (TPL) is Willis Towers Watson’s trustee Company providing trustee services to both defined contribution and defined benefit plans. TPL currently acts as trustee to over 700 schemes. Due to the implementation of IORP II our business will go through a transformation over the next 12 months. The purpose of this role, working as part of the Trustee team to provides trustee services to our clients, specifically the managing of the transfer to Master Trust for our clients who decide to go this route and the oversight of governance and compliance in line with the Codes of Governance for those schemes which remain single trust.

The Role
Clients
Project management the wind-up those schemes going Master Trust
Attend client meetings as a support consultant and making a contribution
Proactively work on clients remaining Single Trust to ensure compliance
Excellence
Keep team appraised of issues in relation to the management of the project and providing regular reporting as appropriate
Take responsibility for the timely delivery of services to clients in relation to provider updates and other standard service offerings
People
Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
Coaches and develop more junior members of the team
Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients, colleagues and providers at all levels.
The Requirements
The candidate is most likely to be working as a consultant or returning to the workforce and has been a support consultant in a corporate pension’s environment and has / is working towards a professional qualification – ideally IIPM.
The candidate should have a good technical understanding of the pensions landscape
It is essential that the candidate is proactive, enthusiastic and able to demonstrate an excellent standard of written and oral communication.
