Job description
In need of a Service Provider to perform the following tasks in the client's home or place of residence, bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, assisting with self-administered medications, routine hair and skin care, transfer, walking, preparing meals, cleaning, doing laundry, washing dishes and shopping. Notifies agency of any abnormal conditions, any changes in status of the client or plan of care and any change in schedule.
