Personal Assistant

About the Position

Our client, who are based in the north of Dublin is looking to recruit a personal assistant for one of their busiest departments. This role will be a contract role initially and will be office based, immediate start ideal

Key Responsibilities

    Arranging meetings for the Director – booking rooms, catering, meeting invitations, directions for external attendees etc.
    Document administration and printing any papers required
    Providing backup cover to the PA to the Managing Director
    Taking notes/minutes at meetings where required
    Supporting in the area of Records Management
    Additional relevant secretarial/PA support as required

Experience/Requirements

Candidates must have a Leaving Cert qualification plus 5 years relevant experience.

In addition, the ideal candidates will have:

    3 years previous experience as a personal assistant.
    A demonstrated ability in the use of various IT systems and packages
    Strong data analysis, presentation and reporting skills.
    Good verbal and written communication skills.
    Experience of external stakeholder engagement.
    Be capable of undertaking duties requiring initiative.
    Be capable working both as part of a team and on their own initiative while exercising a high level of judgement, confidentiality and discretion.

Remuneration Package

€35,000 - €45,000
