Experienced Personal Injury Case Manager

Owen, Patterson & Owen (OPO) is looking for a proactive and motivated individual that is interested in joining our talented team as a personal injury Case Manager. The ideal candidate wants to help people, is attentive to details, is a team player, and has experience with working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is also able to prioritize multiple assignments, confident in their positions and abilities, and unwilling to back down when faced with adversity.

• Reporting and opening claims with insurance companies
• Resolving property damage with insurance companies
• Calendaring and managing deadlines
• Requesting police reports
• Requesting medical records
• Analyzing client’s medical records
• Monitoring and assisting with client’s medical treatment
• Handling a client and their file from case sign-up to resolution

To fulfill those responsibilities, we are looking for someone with the following:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, such as Word, Outlook, Teams, etc. (required)
• Ability and openness to learning how to use new technology/software (required)
• Experience working at a personal injury law firm (required)
• A strong attendance record
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
• Experience working as a case manager (required)
• Must be a team player (required)
