We are looking to bring high energy and positive individuals with a background in fitness to join our team as Personal Training Counselors!

The mission of the LA Fitness Pro Results Personal Training Department is to take every single LA Fitness member from where they are now in terms of fitness and functional mobility, to where they want to be in the safest, fastest, most enjoyable way possible.

The Top 3 Duties of a PTC are to:

- Perform assessments for and present PT programs to at least 4 prospective new clients/day, with the objective of gaining at least 1 or 2 new clients/day

- Line up and confirm appointments for assessment with new prospects
- Service all existing clients, resolving all client issues and ensuring client loyalty.

- Meet all new members, establishing a relationship with them as a fitness professional who will help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
- To always act with integrity and confidence that what we offer is worth far more than what we ask for it.
- To be able to connect with and inspire all types of personalities. this applies not only to prospective clients but also to your counterparts on the Fitness staff. The key is learning what each person wants and helping them achieve it.
- To learn and improve (even if just a little) every day.
- To do the work necessary to create at least 5 assessment opportunities for yourself each day, knowing that this will generally ensure at least one sale/day for a typical PTC.
- To accept that you must average at least $10,000 in Qualified Invoice per pay period to maintain your position. You will have two full pay periods to achieve that level.

Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour
