ProActive Pest Management is currently seeking experienced Service Technicians to apply safe and effectual pest control products in and around residential homes.

We are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL-STARS to THRILL our customers with AMAZING customer service!

Applicants with additional experience in FOOD SERVICE, HOSPITALITY, or other CUSTOMER SERVICE-CENTRIC jobs are especially encouraged to apply.

This position is open and we are hiring immediately. Must be flexible.

Responsibilities:

• Apply pest control materials to the interior and/or exterior of customer’s homes
• Work outside in heat, cold, or other adverse weather conditions
• Provide exceptional customer service to each customer
• Problem solve and find the best solution for a customer’s unique pest issues
• Adhere to a route and stay on schedule
• Represent ProActive Pest Management in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements:

• Must be friendly and professional in every interaction with customers
• Must have some pest control experience
• Must be able to maintain a high-quality standard of work with little supervision
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (excluding marijuana)
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have an insurable driving record
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs over your head
• No prior pest control experience required
