The role:

Our Photolab Technicians are vital members of our team, providing an important service to our customers. Your primary focus will be to offer the advice and support that each of our customers needs in line with our company values of ourCore Values –Ambition, Positive Teamwork, Customer Care, Professionalism and Reliability.

The responsibilities of the role will include

• Provide outstanding customer service through a high standard of knowledge on our wide range of products and services within the PhotoLab
• Provide accurate information to customers in regard to pricing and promotions while providing an excellent after sales service
• Meet specific weekly sales targets (details of which will be provided by your Store Manager)
• Creating prints using various paper and film types
• Processing returns and ensure stock levels are maintained at optimal levels
• Ensuring chemical levels are maintained as required on machine processors
• Driving retail sales through link selling

The behaviours we are seeking/encourage

• Prior photography sales experience preferred
• Strong IT skills
• Ability to develop good relationships with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
