PHYSICAL THERAPIST - Outpatient Sports + Orthopedics - Family Run and PT Owned

Concierge PT is a busy, growing Physical Therapy company and is looking for an energetic, passionate and knowledgeable Physical Therapist to join our growing team. At Concierge Physical Therapy, we strive to provide the highest quality of care in a family oriented environment. While we treat a variety of populations, we specialize in treating sports and orthopedic injuries.

We are currently seeking a motivated candidate who is interested in growing in a thriving outpatient environment with the ability to offer superior care and customer service and grow within our company.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Restores patient’s function, alleviates pain, and prevents disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy.
• Provides quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results
• Utilizes advanced manual techniques and unique exercise prescription
• Evaluates and records patient’s progress, modifying treatment plans, and trying new treatments if required.
• Documents patient care services in WebPT within a timely manner.
• Instructs patients in proper in-home exercises and therapies.
• Educates patients and their families about the recovery process and the challenges they will face.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Has completed a DPT program
• Hold a Massachusetts Physical Therapy License
• We are open to a motivated and dedicated new graduate
• Has a special interest in treating an athletic population
• Has superior communication skills
• Practices superior customer services
• Uses time wisely and has the ability to multi-task
• Has excellent organizational skills
• Proven history of providing superior customer service
• Knowledge of Web PT strongly preferred

Pay: $71,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
