We are growing in the Hayesville NC Clay county area and looking to add a Physical Therapist to our team. As a home health PT, you would be responsible for conducting focused care and patient / family teaching in the home setting.

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist
• Current State License
• 1-year physical therapy experience
• Home health experience a plus
