Job description

We are hiring for multiple positions across all shifts within the plant such as line operator, material handler, shipping, and receiving -- plant located in Sinton, TX.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 2-5 years industrial experience desirable.

Ability to read, interpret and understand written documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, signage, work instructions, shipping documents, packaging tags.

Must possess adequate writing skills required to complete production paperwork, inspection reports, etc. as required. Must be able to effectively communicate, verbally or otherwise, to respond to real time situations where immediate communication is required.

Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers; must have a working knowledge of common fractions and decimals. Must be able to accurately read and interpret a standard tape measure.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Physical demands require frequent standing, lifting, and bending.
