What you will be doing:
The role of a lead installer is to complete all Plumbing projects in a professional, progressive, and increasingly high-quality manner. As a lead installer, the responsibility for the proper execution of a project is placed firmly on the shoulders of the team member. As such, a lead installer receives a bonus on all installations completed following Superior Water and Air processes and up to our best standards that also pass inspection and do not have installation-related recalls.
A lead installer must be able to plan installs and guide installers on the correct way to do things at the beginning of their career; therefore, firsthand experience with installs is required.
This position will receive hourly during training and then be a piece rate position.
Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time, appropriately dressed, and ready to work.
- Completing installations at or above the quality required.
- They are working with all levels of the career path before level 1 leads to help their progression on the career path.
- Have a complete understanding of ServiceTitan (or be trainable) and be able to train other team members on its use.
- Keep an orderly and stocked work vehicle.
- Follow all Superior Water and Air processes and procedures.
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Maintained material and supply inventory.
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Plumbing or Plumbing Installation
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Have a valid Drivers' License
- Good driving record

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
