Role : PMO – Strategy and Project Support

Location: Sandy Springs, GA

Hire Type : Full-Time with Eviden (An ATOS Group)

Job Overview:
Work with IT team supporting service operations and service delivery.

Coordinate with other IT internal partners.

Follow up on open issues to meet the deliverable timeline.

Ticket monitoring and provide dashboard reporting.

Help identify the gaps and streamline the support process.

Responsibilities

• Creation of high-quality strategy presentations, decision templates and communication concepts
• Steering as well as preparation / follow-up of internal and external (also international) collaborative teams such as for meetings of the leadership teams, town-halls, portfolio boards
• Support existing IT governance processes within the department and contribute to continuous optimization
• Support SAP IT team in managing service operations and service delivery
• Assist with issues tracking and follow ups
• Organize meetings and provide meeting notes
• Help the team apply agile methodology for their deliverable.

Qualifications/ Education

• Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
