Job description
- Lead and oversee the PMO for Programmes or Portfolio of Programmes
- Lead a team assigned to a specific set of deliverables
- Preparing and checking governance material
- Support Programme Manager and Delivery leads
- Ensure high quality reporting, RAID, resource management and financials/budgets management
- Resource demand and supply management
- Programme quality assurance activities
- Recognised Qualification or Certification in Project Management preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in program management in a multinational corporate environment
- Extensive PMO experience in waterfall and agile
- Team leadership in PMO environment
- Detail-oriented, customer focussed and enthusiastic team player.
- Strong business, technical knowledge and/or understanding of project management, business process management and data management.
- Senior Stakeholder influencing experience
- Facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong Excel Skills and Full MS Suite
- Experience of Clarity (Or similar tool)
