Pool Attendants:

HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday - Friday: 5:30 am to 9:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 6:30 am to 9:00 pm

Sample responsibilities for this position include:

Proactively look for guest service opportunities and take ownership of requests.

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude in difficult situations
• To respond to guest inquiries on pool activities and timing, on Spa & Resort, Spa Menu, Fitness Programs and other information regarding the facility and services of the Spa.
• Enforce ALL facility policies and rules room rules & policies.
• Break down and setting up of all pool equipment, chaise lounges, umbrellas.
• To ensure that you pay attention to personal hygiene and cleanliness and that you and your area are always well presented.
• Rescue distressed persons by using rescue techniques and equipments.
• You will be constantly interacting with all guests in the pool deck.
