The Assistant Restaurant Manager has the overall responsibility for:

• Building sales by ensuring high quality, service and cleanliness standards
• Controlling day to day operations
• Managing labor, maintaining and ordering inventory, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and developing team members
• Ensuring that OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security procedures are followed
• Ensuring compliance with all Human Resources practices and applicable labor laws

Individual should have some retail or restaurant managerial experience. The individual must have effective oral and written communication skills, the ability to calculate and analyze data, display effective leadership skills, and be able to effectively communicate with all levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
