An opportunity has arisen for a full time, permanent position as Portfolio Lead within the Corporate Proposition team. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of our corporate business strategy by leading the analysis of the Corporate Portfolio as well as driving the development of best practice commercial processes.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with Portfolio Insights Team to identify key portfolio trends, issues and opportunities to be addressed across each B2B segment
- Analysis of the portfolio to identify membership performance, market share and forecast future performance
- Contribute to the development of portfolio goals that will support delivery of plans for our B2B portfolio
- Contribute to the development of market segment strategy for B2B segments
- Leading the development of key in flight projects (Corporate Portal) to ensure that we are developing a market leading proposition for clients
- Lead and participate in workshops with business stakeholders to develop requirements and capture business processes
- Work closely with cross functional business partners in overall delivery of solutions including supporting development of Technical Requirements
- Lead improvements to our business processes
- Provide stakeholders with up-dates on progress and activities against key business metrics such as membership and market share
- Provide early warnings of any deviation to targeted key metrics for the business and insight into the reasons for these
- Identify and document customer process issues, pain points and key gaps to best practice
- Perform root cause analysis of business issues and develop recommendations/solutions in conjunction with other stakeholders

- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and a self-starter
- Structured and disciplined approach to work
- Natural curiosity and an enquiring mind
- Very proficient in MS Office systems specifically advanced Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong problem solving skills and be solution oriented
- Demonstrate Alignment with Vhi Values.
Knowledge & Experience
- Experience with the Corporate Market would be an advantage
- Experience using Salesforce and Tableau would be an advantage
- Relevant 3rd level qualification
