Production Chef at Master Chefs central kitchen, this is a day time role 8am - 4pm, 5 days over 7.
We are totally flexible with hours as it's a nonservice environment, therefore you can work earlier or later depending on your circumstances.
Particularly suitable for a talented Chef wishing to strike the perfect work/life balance.
The Role’s Main Responsibilities:
- Producing standardised dishes for our multiple food outlets.
- Liaising with the relevant companies for food orders.
- Creating new dishes and menus in conjunction with the Head Chef.
- Maintaining the food profit margins.
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels.
- Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed.
- Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Chef
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
- Formal Culinary Degree.
