KLA Schools of Boynton Beach is an innovative preschool inspired by the world-renowned Reggio Emilia Approach to Early Childhood Education. We are looking for a full-time Office Manager for our Boynton Beach location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Provides a warm and friendly experience as the first contact for families communicating with or entering the school

• Creates and maintains positive relationships with children, families, and staff

o Acts as a resource person for lead teachers, assistant teachers, and after-school teachers

o Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations

• Provides assistance to the School Director

o Keeps school records and files up to date

REQUIREMENTS:

o High school diploma

o Experience in an early childhood environment

o Knowledge of local licensing standards and requirements

o Background in customer service, bookkeeping and collections is preferable

o 45 Hours of Childcare Training

o DCF background screening requirements

o Strong communication skills and a friendly, nurturing attitude

o Excellent organizational and time management skills

o High level of computer skills; efficient in the use of Excel

o Bilingual is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
