Position Summary
Our Workday Product Managers are experienced technology professionals responsible for the full product lifecycle to empower our business through partnership, product strategy, solution delivery, and support. Our Product Team partners closely with our Business Partners to identify challenges and opportunities to drive efficiencies and create real outcomes from our business. The Product Portfolios, focus primarily on Workday but also contain integrations, bots, and other complementary solutions.
Qualifications
  • Serve as a Workday Product Manager – Gain deep understanding of PSA functional areas and their interconnectivity to other modules, lead team in recommending solutions for how best to leverage, design, and connect features, functions, and systems.
  • Partner with our business owners in Resource Management, Operations, Project Management, Accounting, Centralized Financial Management, and associated teams to understand and prioritize their needs and develop solutions.
  • Lead the PSA team in their efforts to configure and optimize our Workday Projects, Contracts, and related modules. Partner with the Integration, Reporting, Security, and RPA Leads in leveraging those technical teams to support and optimize current offerings and to continue to rollout new functionality.
  • Work with PSA Projects, Contracts, and Reporting Product Owners to constantly refine and reprioritize the backlog in Azure Dev Ops (ADO). Ensure business needs and planned timing are well documented to maximize development investment and optimize value of solutions delivered.
  • Ensure the team is focused on timely troubleshooting of system issues and supporting end-users needs raised via ServiceNow.
  • Partner closely with the Salesforce and ServiceNow teams to design and maintain optimized intra-system solutions and integrations to meet complex business needs.
  • Regularly monitor Workday bi-annual releases for new functionality and fixes to existing functionality. Leverage Workday community to research solutions, contribute Brainstorms, and seek help.
  • Partner with our Digital Consulting practice to share Huron’s best practices to help meet client needs. Support consultants in packaging Huron solutions into “accelerators” that improve the value proposition Huron offers our clients.
  • Lead the selection and implementation of an Enterprise-wide CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solution to replace current disparate Excel based tools.
  • Partner with the Salesforce team on the design and implementation of an enterprise Contract Management system.
Job Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in the areas of the business adjacent to Workday PSA, FIN and/or HCM required. Workday configuration experience a plus, but candidates with the appropriate business knowledge who are very proficient at learning and adopting complex systems would also be considered for this role.
  • Proven experience in successfully leading and deploying complex enterprise-wide initiatives with disparate stakeholder groups and processes.
  • Proven ability to advise stakeholders on the best practices related to applicable Workday modules, interconnected processes that leverage Salesforce and ServiceNow, along with related reporting and integrations.
  • Equally important is being able to translate those business requirements to a more technical team, talk through options with them, and help eliminate roadblocks.
  • Workday training and/or certifications highly desirable.
The estimated base salary for this job is $175,000 - $240,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $218,750 - $324,00. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
