Bon Secours Patterson Avenue Family Practice - Hiring Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner! Our team of 11 providers - 7 MD and 4 NP - are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who can handle a high volume practice with minimal oversight. The need is for a seasoned primary care provider with at least 3 years of primary care practice experience who can start, ramp up quickly, take over a panel and increase our patient access in this premier practice.

Patterson Avenue is a "Primary Care First" practice - one of only 960 in the U.S. - a value-based care model which prioritizes outcomes and access to care.

• Outpatient Ambulatory Primary care NP practice experience required - minimum of 3 years - 5 years highly preferred
• Must be able to treat all ages - peds through geriatric
• Schedule is full time - M-F 8a-5p
• Call rotation is shared by practice providers - 1 day out of every 11 days
• Average patients per day 18-22 after ramp-up period
• Telemedicine and E-visits will be a part of your practice - EPIC EMR
• Basic in-office procedures incl. women's health, joint injections, I&D, occasional sutures
• Virtual Health through MyChart and Doxy.me
• $5,000 relocation allowance - if over 50 radius miles
