A start-up organization providing PHP, IOP, and outpatient services to individuals struggling with Substance Use Disorders is seeking MANY therapists to lead groups and one-on-ones with patients. The organization will serve populations with private insurance, as well as state-funded insurance plans in California.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a client caseload.
- Lead group therapy sessions on topics including, but not limited to recovery, relapse prevention, family systems, and others.
- Provide one-on-one therapy to individuals on case loads.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date notes on groups and individual therapy sessions or treatment plans.
- Participate in treatment planning meetings as needed.
- Participate in educational trainings as needed.
Requirements:
- LCSW, LMFT, LPC or associate level credentials in the state of California
- PhD or PhD interns
- 2+ years experience treating Substance Use Disorders in a clinical setting
Other Notes:
- Therapists with a private practice will be allowed to keep their practice in non-work hours.
- Qualified candidates are eligible to begin employment immediately.
