The Airframes, Structures & Radars, and Materials (ASM) directorate is responsible for mechanical design, analysis, and test of all sensor and effector products across the RMD portfolio. The directorate leads in mechanical hardware design, development, and production of radar, sonar, torpedo, and combat system equipment.
ASM is comprised of individuals with technical expertise in hardware design, integration, and production support. The ASM directorate uses state-of-the-art tools, processes, technology, and Raytheon Core principles.
This role is for a Principal Control Account Manager to support the AN/SPY-6 Hardware, Production, and Sustainment (HP&S) Contract.
This position is in Andover, MA. (Hybrid position)
This role will help transition the SPY-6 low-rate production phase into full rate production. The Control Account Manager (CAM) will support various related control accounts, as well as provide back-up support to other CAMs, as needed. The CAM will be supported by Engineering Business Analyst (EBA) to generate EV artifacts required to manage the control accounts within the CAM’s scope. This role will report to the Deputy PM.
Responsibilities to anticipate:
Planning all time-phased scope and budgets for assigned Control Accounts
Partnering with the Program Planning and Finance discipline to develop and maintain the IPT’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) discrete tasks as well as status level of effort tasks.
Manage Earned Value Management System (EVMS) performance by reviewing labor and material actuals, supporting analysis of actuals vs plan, schedule status, cost/schedule integration, cost/schedule performance, corrective action plans, performance recovery plans, rolling wave baseline planning, Budget Change Requests (BCRs), Latest Revised Estimate (LRE), and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
Contributes to development of all EVM-related deliverables (CPR, CFSR, VAR, CTDR) and associated program performance metrics
Successfully prepare for and executing Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)
Support Government Surveillance Reviews.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required
EVMS experience, including material EV, coupled with broad based project management knowledge
Use of EV Tools (e.g., Planning/Scheduling, EVMS, IMP/IMS, Financial Forecasts and EAC)
Experience developing schedules, estimating, and analyzing costs, monitoring, and reporting integrated cost/schedule progress using EVMS, preparing variance reports, and identifying and facilitating resolution of cost/schedule issues and corrective action plans
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Value:

Experience supporting a JSR (Joint Surveillance Review) program that will be audited by DCMA
Experience as a CAM for all type of scope: material, labor, ODC
PMX Tools Experience
IPT Lead Certification (PM Level 6)
