Position Title – Process Engineering Technician

Location – Carlsbad, CA

Shift – M-F/8-5

Pay Rate – $28.00

Process Engineering Technician Job Description:

Under the direction of the MTO Manager and Project lead, the Process Engineering Technician will provide support for:

• Perform in-process data collection such as pH, conductivity, density etc.,
• Perform simple wet chemistry formulations under senior staff supervision.
• Process characterization of the reagent formulation processes.
• Support characterization of wet chemistry processes and scale up manufacturing
• Support creation of documentation such as MWI and MF.
• Support and/or develop methods to measure performance of process.
• Support executing design of experiments under senior staff supervision.

Process Engineering Technician Experience Requirements:

• Typically requires a B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or equivalent. Chemistry degree with direct process engineering related experience will be considered.
• 1+ year’s related process engineering related experience is preferred.
• Familiar with Bulk reagent formulations
• Familiar with cGMP regulations.
