Procurement Analyst
Leading global financial services are seeking a talented Procurement Analyst to join their expanding team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career whilst working alongside industry leaders in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing services within negotiations, requisitions, analysing data/ user requests, vendor proposal soliciting agreement term reviews and preparing RFP’s. You will collaborate with stakeholders and vendors in driving continuous cost and process improvements.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience within procurement, preferably within technology, be driven and self-motivated to achieve, a 3rd level qualification in a relevant field of study (business/ procurement) and have the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This is a full-time, permanent role (Monday-Friday).
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of direct spend category strategies through spend and market profiling.
- Support execution of go to market strategies including tenders, planning, co-ordinate vendor engagements, and vendor submissions evaluation.
- Support Merchandise team to develop category strategies, support planning, tracking and finance sign off on achieving commercial initiatives.
- Support vendor onboarding and execution of contracts
- Provide and coordinate user support, training & problem resolution procurement customers
- Checking strategic procurement is compliant to policy and processes
- Maintain a reporting framework and partner with Finance, Legal and Risk to ensure regular and accurate reporting of KPI’s and other key management information

- Prepare and provide data and analysis to support problem solving and decision making
- Support continuous improvement and projects aligned to the Procurement functions goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 3-4 years relevant experience
- Experience of ERP software applications
- Experience of corporate procurement
- Strong organisational & co-ordination skills
- Analytical mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse and simplify complex issues
- A desire to learn and grow themselves
