Job Summary
The Procurement/Medical Supply Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, organization, and smooth process of all patient/provider supplies within the Quality Assurance department.
Essential Job Functions
- Oversee and manage all operations of the supply portal
- Ensure the portal is always working properly.
- Ensure providers do not exceed limit of orders.
- Excel tracking and provides metrics to Supply Supervisor weekly.
- Oversee and maintain the organization of all in-house supplies.
- Order and mail out new provider supplies and car-kits.
- Order hospice, home health, and state-specific patient supplies.
- Serve as the liaison for Key Med, Byram, Prism and other companies.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Knowledge of safety requirements and legal standards
- Strong leadership and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent collaboration and product management skills/experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
