A Day in the Life:*

• Maintain quality standards, product assortment standards, and product levels for all shelves and produce coolers, in the produce department, including all fruits, vegetables, salads, and grab-and-go products.
• Execute quality control and ensure the freshness of all products in the produce department.
• Ensure the produce department is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance.
• Manage overall department profitability, including minimizing shrink and maximizing effective purchasing.

• Create and maintain an inviting, full, and shoppable department.
• Provide excellent customer experience.
• Complete daily tasks that include standing for long periods of time, as well as repetitive lifting and bending.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties throughout the store as assigned or needed.

Availability and Compensation:

• Part-time and Full-time available, Monday - Friday morning/afternoon availability and ability to work any time on Saturdays
• $12 - $14/hour, DOE
