What will you be doing in this role?
- High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to provide strategic direction based on recruiting and training metrics and trends
- Understanding of the practices and concepts involved in strategic planning, project management and contract negotiation
- Knowledge and understanding of program administration and budget preparations
- Demonstrated experience leading successful volunteer teams, effectively organizing and coordinating projects and events (preferred)
- Knowledge of training procedures and techniques applicable to the organization.
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Human Resources, Education or a related field
- 4 years of work-related experience
- 2 years work experience supporting the logistics planning and execution for key sales recruiting, training and on-boarding programs.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Supports the development and execution of the producer growth strategic plan; acts as project lead on priority initiatives and works with vendors and internal business partners on dashboards to proactively report on project statuses.
- Performs analysis on success measures and metrics and provides recommendations; follows up with event attendees and department leaders to identify areas for improvement.
- Provides recommendations on the coordination of producer growth events; supports producer growth content creation and reviews to ensure objectives are in line with overall sales strategic goals.
- Reviews and evaluates training and course attendance by sales force; communicates relevant data and learner feedback on producer growth trends impacted by training and presents information to leadership through visualized charts, graphs, and presentations to drive performance in order to achieve priority objectives
- Works closely with management when selecting and negotiating contracts with outside vendors in partnership with Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, analyzing results and preparing appropriate documentation; provides project status reports, cost reports and other relevant information.
- Coordinates and assists with the development of project and communication plans; interprets risk and provides resources throughout the project/training event
- Supports budget management process; and maintains necessary controls to ensure compliance with budget expenses, resources and cost projections; establishes ROI for events and ensures data capture in CRM
- Collaborates with relevant internal business partners to further national producer growth objectives; supports new ideas and the adoption and use of new and/or changed resources and processes.
- Performs other related duties as required

This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate. The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $105,000
