QUALIFICATIONS:
SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Public Trust
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 10 years' professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience:Analyzing and designing information systems and software.
In an Agile development environment.
Stakeholder or client management.
Developing and evaluating business needs and processes.
- Knowledge of Jira / Atlassian Product Suite.
- Knowledge of cloud-based monitoring tools.
- Ability to translate systems requirement to business needs.
- Not required but is a “plus” to have experience working with the Veteran’s Administration (VA).
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or other relevant/similar field from an accredited university
- OR –
- A total of 18 years’ relevant experience consistent with the above job description and qualifications in lieu of a Bachelor of Science Degree.
