Who we are

We are a fully remote high-impact company providing training and technology solutions in the education sector. Our new Product Support Engineer will work closely with the Customer Support team and the Product department to ensure our new product is properly functioning for each of our clients. This is a new position for the organization.

Responsible for:

  • Answer Customer Support Tickets
  • Launch New Clients On the Data Tool and LMS tool
  • Submit tickets to Developer
  • Work on the back end of the Data Tool (Administrative work)
  • Assist the Product Department with supporting documents such as how to Loom video tutorials for clients
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to pivot when needed
  • Looking for someone who accepts feedback well, and is coachable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Product management: 3 years (Required)
