Positions available for all shifts, 2nd and 3rd shift positions offer a $1.00 pay differential!

Assembly / Match Route /Paint prep

What's Needed to Achieve Success:

• Come to work each day on time and ready to learn.
• Read, understand and execute the information contained in the training material.
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Positively communicate with your team, ask questions any time you’re not sure.
• Have a great attitude and strive to do good work!

Summary of Duties:

• Assemble signs from pre-cut material with various adhesive tapes and components from work order/specifications
• Prep items for the paint booth
• Operate equipment as prescribed
• Identify files needed for a specific task
• Read and understand orders and instructions
• Inspect quality of items produced and troubleshoot as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Prioritize and organize work
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualification requirements:

Artisan should have good hand/eye coordination, the ability to read rulers, and the ability to read and interpret job orders for accurate completion.

High School education or GED equivalent

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion
• Work with various types of glue, adhesives, and various spray cleaners
• Be comfortable working with an X-Acto type knife
• The artisan is frequently required to use hands and fingers to manipulate items handle, or feel objects or tools
• The employee is regularly required to walk; reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Effectively communicate both written and oral
