We have a great daytime chef role with this leading catering firm. Working with a small team in their production kitchen, the Production Chef is responsible for producing a range of fresh sandwiches and salads for units in the area.
The ideal candidate will have at two years’ experience in a Chef de Partie role or equivalent, preferably within a high volume kitchen. Must have good HACCP and hygiene knowledge. Must demonstrate excellent quality control, able to produce a consistent offering to company standards.
