Must-haves (in order of importance)
* 1-2 years of lead experience required, preferably in an industry adjacent environment.
* Experience in and comfortable with tracking and report key performance indicators up the chain of command; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Some experience with internal systems tracking inventory and customer orders required.
* Self-Starting accountable individual, taking lead and ownership on addressing challenges.

* Some college course work, preferably an Associates or certificate program or equivalent. The preferred field of study is someone in an electrical, mechanical, or industrial pre-engineering track.
Must be able to pass a crinimal background check and drug test
Individuals with prior experience as a mechanic either in the private sector or in the U.S. Armed Forces are encouraged to apply.
Physical Requirements
* Prolonged periods walking, standing, climbing stairs, reaching, and manipulating objects, tools, or controls.
* Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
Day-to-Day
The Lightray Production Lead will be working alongside the Lightray team to ensure quality of our products meet the WRT standard and the unit output meets the plant production schedule. Additional responsibilities of this role includes, but are not limited to, solving day-to-day challenges as they arise and escalate as necessary, ensure inventory accuracy and integrity by regularly transacting consumed raw materials and finished goods, and reporting key performance indicators to plant leadership to identify opportunities for improvement. This position reports to the Production Supervisor.
Job Duties:
* Lead Lightray production team in production of fiberglass liners, resin, electrical control boxes and light trains, as well as reel assemblies.
* Ensure accurate inventory transactions for consumed raw materials and finished products.
* Manage the unit production output in accordance with the plant production schedule.
* Identify and problem-solve day-to-day production issues and escalate up the chain of command when necessary.
* Track unit workforce skills and abilities and manage cross-training opportunities.
* Ensure safe production practices are always being followed during production.
* Responsible for daily reporting on Lightray production and concerns to plant leadership.
* Work alongside team on reel assemblies, liner production, and/or other unit processes.
* Manage Return Material Authorization (RMAs) and scheduled unit repairs or maintenance processes.
* May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
