Job description
A production technician is responsible for assisting assembly and warehouse with tasks. They are responsible for keeping areas clean and orderly. Assistance will be provided to these areas in a manner that will ensure future growth of the assistant. This will allow for the assistant to learn the function of the areas and begin contributing in small ways while picking up skills necessary for future advancement. This role is full time.
A production technician is responsible for production of medical equipment. They are responsible for keeping areas clean and orderly. This position is progressive and will change as competencies increase. Competency will be based on a test that is provided for each task and frequency of activity. Customer interaction will become more critical as higher levels are attained.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning production areas.
- Build subassemblies as necessary.
- Assist assembly and warehouse personnel with tasks as directed.
- Crating finished product will be performed utilizing shop wood working tooling.
- Forklift operations may be performed to move products.
- Pickup and deliveries may be required at times.
