Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of Boundary, Right-of-Way and Topographic surveys
- Complete assignments on time and within budget
- Assist in the building of relationships with clients/residents
- Training of staff members
- Preparation of cost estimates and proposals
- Monitor quality and compliance with professional standards and risk management.
- The position includes all other responsibilities that may be necessary to fulfill the duties associated with the position or as may be assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the State of New Jersey
- Strong background in boundary/property law and boundary analysis
- Office experience in the preparation of land surveying documents
- Traverse adjustment and closure techniques, Least Squares analysis
- Flood elevation certificate
- Metes and bounds descriptions
- Experience with Trimble/TDS data collection software
- AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Be available to work extra hours
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Currently, CME Associates provides a complete range of Environmental, Geotechnical, Engineering, Surveying, and Planning services and has represented both the public and private sectors on a wide range of projects and, specifically, projects relating to the environment, including water and wastewater treatment facilities and pipelines; wastewater and potable water master plans; water resources and treatment, storage and conveyance facilities; surface and groundwater monitoring; landfills; recycling facilities implementation plans; environmental impact statements; highway and roadway construction; large residential and commercial development projects, and major capital construction projects.
